My field is Japanese language education. I am interested in teacher development and program evaluation.

As for program evaluation, I practice "Developmental Evaluation(DE)."

As for research, I investigate the development of teachers and learners from the perspective of cultural psychology. I use the "Trajectory equifinality approach (TEA)," autoethnography, Personal Attitude Construct(PAC) Analysis, etc.
