Details | This was a special event organized for ICU students, faculty, and the public, and funded by kakenhi that looked at media translation: the language of place and the local (Professor John Maher); poetry (Irish poet Moya Cannon); and the musical performance of Irish-language poetry in Japanese translation, translated by Mitsuko Ohno, and performed on samisen and piano by Takahashi Chikuzan, jr, and Tomomi Oda.
